All of our print-on-demand products are made specifically for each order. Therefore, all sales are final, except for damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered items where a remedy is required.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes selected by customers, or personal preferences. Please review product descriptions, sizes, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will investigate the issue with our fulfillment provider and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when warranted.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us promptly. We will investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
