2. Pricing and Payments

Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, with refunds for payments already collected.
3. Production and Shipping
Our print-on-demand products are produced after an order is placed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is delayed, missing, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us so we can investigate.
4. Returns and Refunds
Because our print-on-demand products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, customer-selected incorrect sizes, or personal preferences.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where warranted.
